At Virtue Healthcare, we aim to provide the highest standard of care and customer satisfaction. Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

If an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule.
2. Non-Refundable Payments

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for completed services or treatments, as outcomes may vary depending on individual conditions and circumstances.
3. Treatment Packages/Plans
Packages offer a cost-saving option for multiple treatments but are subject to the following terms:

Packages can only be purchased after the initial session and must be paid in full in advance.

Package of 3 sessions must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Package of 5 sessions must be used within 5 months from the date of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your package, you will be refunded for any unused sessions, minus any discounts applied to the original package.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Method of Refund
Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction. For bank transfers or card payments, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
