1. When You Can Get a Refund

At Virtue Healthcare, we aim to provide the highest standard of care. You can get a refund or credit in these cases:

• You cancel an appointment more than 24 hours in advance: a full refund, or you can reschedule.
• We cancel or change your appointment and cannot offer you a suitable time: a full refund.
• You cancel a gift card or package within 14 days of buying it (see section 3).
• You cancel a package after the first 14 days: you are refunded the unused balance (see section 4).

2. When Payments Are Not Refundable

• Missed appointments, and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
• Treatments you have already had. Outcomes vary between people and conditions, so we cannot refund completed treatment.
• Package sessions that you have not used within the 12-month period.
• Gift cards after the 14-day cancellation period has passed.
• Promotional or complimentary services included in a package.

3. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you buy a gift card or a package online, by phone, or anywhere other than at the clinic, you can cancel within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.

• An unused gift card is refunded in full.
• If you have used part of a package, sessions you have already used are charged at the standard 45-minute rate of £70, and the remaining balance is refunded. The package discount only applies once you complete the full package.


4. Treatment Packages: Cancelling After 14 Days

• Packages can only be bought after the initial session, and are paid in full in advance.
• All package sessions are 45 minutes.
• The 3-session and 5-session packages must each be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited and not refundable.
• If you cancel a package after the first 14 days, sessions you have already used are charged at the standard 45-minute rate of £70, and the remaining balance is refunded. The package discount only applies once you complete the full package.

For example: if you buy the 5-session package (£299) and use 2 sessions before cancelling, you are refunded £299 minus 2 × £70, which is £159. If you buy the 3-session package (£199) and use 1 session before cancelling, you are refunded £199 minus £70, which is £129.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please email hello@virtue-healthcare.co.uk. We process all refund requests within 10 business days.

6. Method of Refund

Refunds are made to the payment method you used. For bank transfers and card payments, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the money to reach your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. We will post the new version on this page with its date. Changes apply to purchases made after the change.
