1. Introduction


These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Virtue Healthcare's website and services. By booking appointments, purchasing treatments, or using the website, you agree to abide by the following terms. Please read these carefully before using our services.

 

2. Appointments and Bookings

  • All appointments must be made through our online booking system, via telephone, or in person at the clinic.

  • You are required to arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at the discretion of the practitioner.

  • Cancellation of appointments requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do that will result in the full deduction of the fee.

 

3. Services Provided

  • Virtue Healthcare offers professional acupuncture and osteopathy treatments. The results of these treatments may vary from patient to patient, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

  • Treatments are provided by licensed practitioners. If you have any medical conditions, it is your responsibility to inform the practitioner during your initial consultation.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

  • All fees are listed on our Prices & Plans page and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

5. Liability

  • Virtue Healthcare takes no responsibility for any adverse outcomes resulting from treatments, especially if proper medical history was not disclosed.

  • We are not liable for any personal belongings that may be lost or damaged while on our premises.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Virtue Healthcare. Reproduction or use of any content without permission is prohibited.

 

7.  Gift Cards and Discount Coupons

  • Gift cards purchased from Virtue Healthcare are non-refundable and must be presented/redeemed at the time of payment.

  • Gift cards are valid for a 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Discount coupons may be offered for promotional purposes. They are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless stated, and must be used within their validity period.

  • The use of a gift card or discount coupon must be disclosed/redeemed when booking an appointment.

  • Virtue Healthcare reserves the right to modify or discontinue gift card and coupon offers without prior notice.

  • Virtue Healthcare reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
