Meet the Team
At Virtue Healthcare, we believe that excellent healthcare begins with listening. Every member of our team is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence informed care that is tailored to each individual.

Although we each bring our own skills, experience and areas of interest, we all share the same approach. We take the time to understand your concerns, explain your treatment options clearly, and work with you towards lasting results rather than simply treating symptoms.

Whether you are visiting us for osteopathy, acupuncture or physiotherapy, you can expect professional care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

My Philosophy
I believe the body works as a whole, where mind, movement and health are closely connected. Although osteopathy and Classical Chinese Medicine come from very different traditions, both share an emphasis on balance, adaptability and treating the person rather than isolated symptoms.

The name Virtue Healthcare reflects these ideas. In both Western and Classical Chinese philosophy, virtue relates not only to wellbeing, but to living and functioning in a more balanced and resilient way over time.

By combining these approaches, I can look at a problem from different perspectives at once. Sometimes acupuncture is most appropriate, sometimes osteopathy, and often a combination works best. Rehabilitation exercises and movement based care are also frequently part of treatment, helping support longer term recovery and resilience.

Every treatment is tailored to the person in front of me.
My Journey
People often ask me why I chose this path. The truth is, I’ve always known I wanted to help others heal — I just didn’t know how at first. After exploring psychology, medicine and philosophy, it was a chance discovery of acupuncture that finally clicked for me. From the very first lecture, I knew I’d found my calling.

I trained in Spain at the Escuela Neijing in 2006, before moving to London to earn my BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture at Greenwich University and my Licentiate at the International College of Oriental Medicine. Years later, after working closely with an osteopath and seeing how well our treatments complemented one another, I decided to train in osteopathy too — completing a five-year degree at the London School of Osteopathy.

That dual training allows me to bring the best of East and West together, offering care that is both holistic and practical. The philosophy behind Virtue Healthcare is influenced by both Western and Classical Chinese thought, valuing balance, adaptability and treating the person rather than isolated symptoms.
OUR TEAM

Nazan Garcia
Founder | Registered Osteopath & Acupuncturist
Nazan founded Virtue Healthcare with the vision of creating a clinic where patients feel listened to, supported and treated as individuals rather than as a diagnosis.

Combining osteopathy and Classical acupuncture, Nazan provides a hands on, evidence informed approach to the treatment of pain and injury. Treatment is tailored to each person and may include manual therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises and practical advice to support recovery and help prevent future problems.

Nazan enjoys treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in helping people return to the activities they enjoy, whether that means playing sport, working comfortably or simply moving with confidence again. His approach is centred on understanding the underlying cause of a problem and empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery.
