Terms & Conditions for Packages

1. Package Validity

  • All treatment packages must be used within 3 months of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period unless otherwise agreed.

  • Packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is on the package.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment for the package is required at the time of purchase to benefit from the discounted rates.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the package has been activated (i.e., after the first session has been attended).

 

3. Booking and Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • If you need to reschedule an appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of package benefits.

 

4. Package Usage

  • Packages cannot be split into individual services or substituted for other treatments not included in the package.

  • Any adjustments to the package (e.g., additional sessions or changes to included services) may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.

 

5. Medical Suitability

  • Treatments will only be provided if deemed medically appropriate by our practitioners. If a session is not suitable due to health concerns, alternative treatment options may be offered, but no refunds will be issued.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and informing the clinic of any changes in their health condition.

 

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for unused sessions will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the clinic. A pro-rata refund may be issued based on the number of sessions already attended, minus any discounts applied.

  • Any promotional or complimentary services included in the package will not be refunded.

 

7. Liability

  • The clinic is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from withheld medical information or failure to follow aftercare advice.

  • Clients are advised to consult their GP or a specialist if they have any concerns about their suitability for acupuncture or osteopathy treatments.

 

8. Promotional Packages

  • Discounts or promotions applied to packages are valid only for the specified promotional period.

  • Promotional packages must be purchased by the stated deadline and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

 

9. Amendments

  • The clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and apply to future purchases.

 

Agreement
By purchasing a treatment package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
