Terms & Conditions for Packages

1. Packages and Prices

• The 3-session package costs £199 and the 5-session package costs £299.
• All package sessions are 45 minutes long.
• Packages can be bought after your initial session.
• Full payment is required when you buy the package, to receive the discounted price.

2. Validity

• All sessions must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after that and are not refundable, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
• Packages are personal. They cannot be transferred and can only be used by the person named on the package.

3. Booking and Rescheduling

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• You need to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. If you give less notice, or do not attend, the session is counted as used.
• If you miss or late-cancel two sessions in one package, we may end the package, and the calculation in section 7 will apply

4. Using Your Package

• A package cannot be split into separate services, or swapped for treatments that are not part of it.
• Any change to a package, such as extra sessions or different services, may cost extra and must be agreed in writing.

5. Medical Suitability

• We will only treat you if our practitioners judge it appropriate. If a session is not suitable for health reasons, we may offer an alternative. You may also end the package, and we will refund your unused sessions as set out in section 7.
• Please give us accurate medical information and tell us about any change in your health.
• If we have to cancel a session and cannot offer you a suitable time, we will refund your unused sessions in the same way.

6. Your Right to Cancel Within 14 Days

If you buy a package online, by phone, or anywhere other than at the clinic, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.

7. Cancelling After 14 Days

If you cancel a package after the first 14 days, the sessions you have already used are charged at the standard 45-minute session rate of £70 each. We refund the remaining balance. The package discount only applies once you complete the full package.

For example: if you buy the 5-session package (£299) and use 2 sessions before cancelling, you are refunded £299 minus 2 × £70, which is £159. If you buy the 3-session package (£199) and use 1 session before cancelling, you are refunded £199 minus £70, which is £129.

Any promotional or complimentary services included in a package are not refunded.

8. Promotional Packages

Discounts or promotions on packages are valid only for the stated promotional period. Promotional packages must be bought by the stated deadline and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

9. Our Responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Otherwise, we are not responsible for effects that result from medical information you did not tell us, or from aftercare advice you did not follow. If you are unsure whether treatment is suitable for you, please speak to your GP or a specialist.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to packages bought after the change.
