Tushar Kahole 

Tushar is an HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Medicine.

He has experience across NHS primary care, private clinical settings and high-performance sport, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with a personalised approach to rehabilitation.
 

He works with patients to reduce pain, restore movement and support return to sport, work and daily activity. His approach is structured and goal focused, with treatment plans tailored to individual needs and presentation.
 

Tushar has worked with athletes from grassroots to national level, including roles as Head Physiotherapist for Pune District Football Association (PDFA) Snigmay FC and Volunteer Physiotherapist at Stretford Paddock FC in Manchester. He has also trained at the Abhinav Bindra Targeting Performance Centre, gaining experience in elite sports rehabilitation environments.
 

Alongside this, he currently works within NHS primary care MSK physiotherapy services in Berkshire West, managing complex musculoskeletal presentations in GP settings and supporting patients through assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation planning.
 

As a former national-level fencing athlete and Leeds Premier League cricket player, Tushar brings first-hand understanding of sporting demands, injury recovery and return-to-performance pathways.
 

His treatment approach combines detailed assessment, hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation and patient education to support long-term recovery and injury prevention.
